Complaint Against Company:- Vodafone Punjab.
I have started recieving call on my no.(9888001214) from vodafone
customer care since 2008 for add on number offer.Last week when i wish to buy new no. Than i go for addon no. For this i went to vodafone store at sec. 35 c in chandigarh.
Here i met with Mr. Parveen(one of exe. In store). I submit my application on 2-7-10 to Parveen & it is conveyed to me yous no. (7837277100) will start working that day evening or maximum time 48 hr.
I regret to say that today almost 5 days has been gone Mr. Parveen angerly said me this no. Will start working by tomorrow evening & when i tried to meet store manager i am being told she is on leave.
Kindly advise me what to do in this situation & who fault is this parveen or mine.
Please look in to matter & do favour by active my new no. Till evening.
