in fact you are not the one and only recently i also had brunt of unsolicited service charges arbitrary deducted and when protested refused to refund thus cheating. this also because very few of us thinks of pulling them to a legal conclusive fight.
  
infact I am subscriber of several air tel numbers with in my family, one of that is prepaid number 9958057927, which was not in use since long even there was no balance against my account till today morning. 

To day morning as soon as, I recharged my number an amount of Rs.30 have been deducted against friend service. When I contacted customer care center, I was told that that the service was activated on my number since 22 April.  The same was told to have been provided on pushing some button while answering certain call. When I demanded cancellation of unsolicited service and refund of arbitrary deducted amount deducted on 2.09.10 for any unsolicited service in 22nd april, my call was transferred to some senior who refused to entertain refund of deduction. he also could not give the details of service used from my number, he was also not convinced as to if the same was not used by me how the same would have been solicited, whether for just paying the charges.  infact,  I never opted for any such service. Moreover, even if any children would have pushed any button, the same should have been discontinued; as such there was no balance since long.

This is not a question of deducting meager amount of Rs. 30/- but I feel cheated by a reputed service provider for unsolicited service. The same is also evident that the service was never I repeat never used from my number. Arbitrary deduction for unsolicited service has also caused mental agony to me.  now i am pulling out all the other numbers. let the airtel be happy with Rs. 30/- 

i have to look association with other service provider.</description>

		<description>The Above complaints are True... Never Ever Go for Tikona... It has the World Worst Broadband Service. To be Very Honest to all of you the Customer care is also the Worst. No Services they just know how to make some one fool by Giving Wrong Information and Proving thats its Our Mistake that we have Selected Tikona and we Trusted the Wrong Company.. I Have Called Tikona so many times and lauched so Many complaints and I never feel its action and after Writing Several Written Complaints also I have not Got any Answers... Because of the Awful company i have Faced Many Difficulties and They dont have any Answers... 
And they are Robbers... They Robe Rs.500 at the start and They Informed me its Refundable when i took the connection and Now when i want to cancel they telling its Non Refundable and claiming False Promised... And The Best Part they Dont have Any supervisor Working that if u want to speak with the highest authority there is no One .. And Addition to it there collection department have no Link with the Customer Services ... That if have Paid the Bill and I understand By mistake its not there the collection department cannot speak with customer services and they dont have any Link between them... Now u can Understand my Frustration and there is a lot..

		<description>I bought almost all the electrical appliances of Videocon ,which are quite good.  But I got a connection of Videocon d2h which proved me wrong. My customer ID is 72174. Within one or two month one set top  which was faulty was changed by the company, but on 14.8.2010 I lost the service of d2h.  The receiver was downloading, which was counting 0 to 46 , after 46 it continue to start from 0. I complained to the customer care ,they gave me some instruction, but in vein. They lodged my complaint the number of which is 17037771 and told that my problem will be solved within 24-48 hours. No one came.  I again reminded again they gave another number17042391.  Some body contacted me, I told the problem and stated him that the same problem was arose  when I bought the product, then the receiver was  changed, so when you come please bring the another receiver.  But he did not, he checked it and declare that the receiver will be changed. I ask him to take my receiver to take with him as it was no use for me. I contacted few days later he replied as their is no stock , when it will arrive, I will take one to you.  But no one come.   I again reminded  the customer care, they gave another number which was stated to be complaint against their engineer No. 17391742 on 24.8.2010. After that ,he came and asked some body to swap the programming which was not done.  He told me that my earlier receiver is wet.  As it was raining and moisture level was 95-98 %.  I told him that it is  OK I can dry its moisture with dryer and you can check andsee it.He told no need.   He took the receiver new and old both and went away.  After that no one came, I again contacted the customer care they gave another No. 17451882.  No one came, Ironically each and every time I was told that your complaint has been forwarded/mailed and you will have no need to contact us .your problem will be solved within 24-48 hrs. or 2.10 pm, 4.00 pm or 8.00 pm or 10.00 pm.  I am tired, The Company has changed to be a big cheat because of cost cutting, they have appointed their screw driver brand engineer, who have no man power or time to attend the customer and report the company the wrong information about customer. I know that it was a system application fault, it can be rectified by patch up CD or formatted it and re-install the application that may take 5 minutes hardly.  But, after assurance given by the Sr. Executive Mr. Abhishek, no action has been taken  till this date and time.  If any body, who is going to take any DTH connection, please abstain from  Videocon d2h opt for  another one.</description>

		<description>I agree with Gajanan. Jeeves Consumer Service is horrible and incompetent. I called Croma Extended Warranty help line to repair my IPOD which is under extended warranty. They suggested me to submit to Jeeves Consumer Service in Bangalore. I surrendered the IPOD for repair to them on 19th of June. Till date I have made at least 20 calls and every time, Mr. Mahesh who heads this division devises a new story and says the device is eligible for replacement and will provide me one in couple of days. I am fed up with these incompetent providers. It&#039;s been more than 2 months and still eagarly waiting ..

My sincere advice, please do not buy extended warranty from Croma Retail and waste your money. Jeeves will make your life miserable if your device fails in extended warranty.</description>
